Meet Elise!
Owner/Operator/Pro Dog Trainer

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Bandito Pet Sitting!
After attending college and receiving an associates in Travel & Tourism and bachelors in American Studies I determined what really made me happy was to work with animals. Thus, Bandito Pet Sitting was established! I did extensive research on different types of jobs involving animals and the more I read about the world of professional pet sitting the more I fell in love with the idea! I immediately began applying to doggie daycare's and boarding kennels so that I could start to gain experience in the professional setting (over what I already know from owning my own pets). I landed a part-time job working at a kennel in Cohasset which also provided daycare, so I was trained and exposed to anything and everything pet related. At the same time, I also started Bandito Pet Sitting part-time and continued my research on what I needed to do to turn it into a full-time career.
In January 2013, Bandito Pet Sitting became my full-time career and I could not be happier with that decision. I hold a business license in the town of Whitman, took a certified pet sitter exam, purchased liability insurance through Business Insurers of the Carolinas, and completed the PetTech first aid/CPR certification. I am also constantly keeping current on any and all things related to pets so that I can continue to provide quality care to your 4-legged family members.
If you were wondering where I came up with "Bandito Pet Sitting" (everyone always does!)...this is my own furbaby, Bandit! "Bandito frito" is just ONE of her many nicknames :)
